About Us

Established in April, 2019, the Seranza Park Home Owners Association of Seminole County, Florida, Inc. is an intimate community of ten custom homes in the Orlando Metro area. This site is intended primarily for the sharing of information amongst our homeowners as a means to access and publicize about our meetings and community events, as well as documentation pertinent to the Association structure and governance. We hope that if you have questions about Seranza Park you will contact one of our Association Board members.

Our Area

Seminole County, FL

Seminole County is the best of North Orlando’s beautiful surroundings – close enough for easy access to the famous theme parks and attractions, but separate enough to have its own identity in the natural beauty of Central Florida.

Winter Park, FL

Winter Park is one of the Orlando area’s most iconic communities, with shopping, dining, parks, and activities of all sorts. The Park Avenue area of Downtown Winter Park houses a weekly farmer’s market and much more.

We Are Different from Others

Intimate Community

Seranza Park is small by design – only ten homes, so we enjoy a sense of community and family, where everyone in our little slice of the world knows one another and looks out for each other.

Custom Homes

The lots in Seranza Park are larger than in many of today’s newer subdivisions, so each home enjoys its space. The homes are custom-built, including many fine details in design and construction, including whole-home network wiring, fiber-optic ready, programmable in-ground irrigation, and integrated home security systems.

Peace & Quiet

Seranza Park is within minutes of the Red Bug Lake Rd & Tuskawilla retail and dining areas, but we’re tucked away such that we’re away from the major traffic-ways. We’re also surrounded by land that will not be further developed. The result is a quiet neighborhood setting that’s increasingly rare in a metropolitan area.
